Erika Chozik is a graduate of Queen’s Law School (1995). She was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1997, where she has practiced primarily in the area of criminal law. Ms. Chozik’s extensive litigation experience includes both prosecutions on behalf of the Attorney General of Ontario and defence work. Erika Chozik has appeared in every level of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
